Description
Two best friends were riding an e-bike before they were fatally mowed down. Police accuse the driver of deliberately ramming into the girls as they rode home from a school event. Police say it was a cold-blooded murder and the suspect targeted one of the girls because she had spurned him. Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas, both 17, were killed. The suspect, a minor, has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
