Today I am using a epic custom built vehicle. This is the unstoppable harpoon car. Its a heavily modified Devel 16 that has improved speed and handling. Because this car has heavy handling it can't be stopped meaning I can harpoon any car I want and pull it away. This made for the perfect way to steal cars. Will the cops be able to stop me?
