The East London Magistrate's Court in the Eastern Cape delivers judgment in the case against EFF leader Julius Malema and his former bodyguard Adriaan Snyman. On the other hand, Snyman is accused of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition. Malema and Snyman applied for the charges against them to be dropped, citing a lack of evidence, but the application was dismissed.
